Vehicle Description
MUST SELL: 2007 KEYSTONE SPRINTER 272RLS w/EXTENDED WARRANTY!!... Nearly new 2007 KEYSTONE SPRINTER Travel Trailer.

Was purchased brand new in May 2007 in Iowa. We brought it back to Colorado, and have only used it 6 times. We have used it locally in Colorado, but had a couple of trips outside of the state (Yellowstone Park, and the Black Hills in South Dakota).

We were blessed with new baby daughter earlier this year, and we are finding we just aren't going to be using this as much as we had thought, so we need to sell it. There is a bank loan against the trailer, so the title is clear, but sitting with the bank (I would need arrangements with the buyer to secure the title with the final price).

The trailer will sleep 5 comfortably, and perhaps 6. There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom, the kitchen table will fold out into a small double bed, and the couch will fold out into a twin (although it seems a bit wider than a twin to me - I've slept in it myself).

The trailer has a fully enclosed underbelly, so all of the tanks are insulated. I have winterized the trailer as of October 4, 2008.

The fresh water tank will hold 50 gallons of water, but we have used the city water connection at campgrounds. The black and grey water tanks are 35 gallons each.

The unit is set up to have a the living area in the rear of the trailer. There are two comfortable rocker chairs in the back (next to a large picture window), along with the couch. Next to the couch is the dining area, and across from that is the kitchen.

The trailer is complete with sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a shower/tub in the bathroom. The shower works fairly well, but the hot water heater will only hold 6 gallons of water at a time (so you need to take a somewhat quick shower).

There are 2, 30 gallon propane tanks at the front of the unit, along with the 12 volt battery. The AC power connection is set up for 30 amps (at a campground). I have adaptors for regular 20 amp power, but the air conditioner and microwave won't work without the full 30 amps.

Speaking of the microwave, the kitchen is complete with 3 burner stove, oven, and refrigerator. The refrigerator will run on either electricity or gas, so you don't need to have power to camp. The battery will operate most of the trailer functions, but you'll need a generator, or keep charging the battery through the trailer connection to your car/truck.

There is also a DVD/CD player that you can connect up to your TV. There is a connection for a satellite dish hookup on the back; a connection for a cable hookup on the back of the unit; and an amplified TV antenna that extends up from the roof.

You'll need to install an electric brake connector into your car/truck, as this trailer weighs approximately 6500 pounds.

The tires are in great shape. They were replaced on a manufacturers recall in July 2007. There is a full size spare included.

Also included is the weight distributing hitch, and anti-sway bar. This will allow the trailer greater ease of travel through the wind, and the hitch will also take extra weight off the back end of your tow vehicle. The trailer hitch fits a standard 2 inch hitch opening on your vehicle (paid $650 for the hitch and sway bar with the trailer).

Lastly, I purchased a 7 year extended warranty that went into effect on May 25, 2007. The warranty covers basically everything in the trailer that may have problems down the road (i. e. , air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.). There is a list of what's NOT covered on the warranty contract, and most of it is for motor homes. The transfer process seems pretty easy from the paper work, and only costs $50 for the transfer fee. If for some reason, you don't want the warranty, then we can adjust the price accordingly.

There is also an additional road hazard warranty that I purchased that covers the tires and wheels. That warranty is also 7 years, and may be transferred as well for an additional fee of $40.

BEST OF ALL - THERE IS A ZERO DOLLAR DEDUCTIBLE - EVERY COST IS COVERED!!!

****NOTE THAT WHEN YOU BUY A USED TRAILER, THERE IS NO FACTORY WARRANTY AVAILABLE, EVEN IF IT'S PURCHASED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL 1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD!!****

Buyer is responsible for pickup. I'll consider delivery within 100 miles of Denver, CO.
