FOR SALE: Beautiful coach!!... Where do I start..well this coach will make someone very happy. Newmar's quality surpasses the competitors in so many ways. I could go on and on. This coach has a classy layout, a spacious FULL bathroom w/ skylight over tub, and a very private bedroom. The interior colors are vibrant, lively, and inviting. 330 HP Cat w/ side radiator, 6 speed Allison trans, engine brake, cruise, engine idle adjustor, engine block heater, 10,000 lbs. rated hitch w/ adjustable electric brake controller, 7.5 KW Onan Quiet Diesel Generator on slide out tray, Generator RPM adjusts to load, 115 gal. fresh water (fresh and holding tank compartments are heated and insulated), 10 gal water heater (electric and/or lp), 32 gal lp tank, 105 gal fuel tank, left and right side fuel fill points, heated power remote ext. mirrors, back up camera w/ audio, AE electric awning with wind sensor and remote control, sun screen that attaches to awning, 30x5 foot outdoor carpet, coach and engine batteries are on a slide out tray, solar batt. charger, clear mask guard on front of coach, Sony satellite radio, cd,surround sound w/ stereo and TV, six speakers throughout coach, 3 TV's (front, bedroom, basement), VCR w/ plug in for DVD, two night courtesy lights on floor in hallway, entry step cover (for a flat floor in front of passenger seat), U-Line ice maker, Dometic fridge/freezer, Corian counter and vanity tops, large microwave/convection oven, 3 burner stove top, water filtration for entire coach, fantastic fan w/ rain & temp. sensors, Comfort Control dual settings for front and rear Duo-Therm A/C units w/ heat pumps, lp furnace, wood floor in kitchen and bathroom, oak hardwood cabinetry & dining table, dining table detaches from wall and extends with extra leaf (leaf stored in table, exposed when table is extended), comfortably seats six when extended for meals, card games, etc., leather captain chairs are power, lumbar, swivel, and pass. is a recliner, leather J-lounger has storage drawer below, couch pulls out to queen bed (very comfortable), bedroom has large mirrored wardrobe closet, floor is all one level in bedroom (no step in engine area), extra storage under bed which raises with gas assisted shocks, its never had pets, smokers, or shoes! Stored in heated shop. The recent maintenance that has been performed: entire rig greased, new engine air filter, trans fluid and filter change, eng. oil and filter change, new fuel filter (spare one in coach) new engine serpentine belt, new coach and engine batteries, front tires balanced (not the powder, actually removed and balanced) Michelin tires are in very good condition w/ plenty of tread. The Generator maintenance: oil and filter, fuel filter, air cleaner, & coolant changed. It is literally read ready for cross country travel at this moment.
